For the 4-week duration of the course, you will receive weekly emails containing information about each week’s topic, including a weekly Reflection Guide, with more information about the theme of each week as well as pointers for reflection.

If you choose to work with me one on one, you will also get one to four potent healing and transformation sessions that are tailored to your unique life and soul experiences and during which we get to shift and release patterns that are likely to be inhibiting you from moving forward. As always with transformational work, the more you put into it, the more you will gain from it.
